Broccoli never tasted so good! Dried cranberries, nuts and bacon make a flavourful combination that makes healthy eating easy.
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or salad type dressing)
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
2 bunches broccoli
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds (or pine nuts)
1/4 cup bacon, cooked, crumbled
Combine dressing ingredients and let stand at least 30 minutes (overnight is best). Combine salad ingredients and add dressing just before serving.
