Cranberry Wine from Muskoka Lakes Winery is a nice contrast to Stilton cheese and is also a perfect wine to pair with this dish!
This easy appetizer is a real crowd pleaser! Ingredients 1 – 8 oz package cream cheese 1 – jar Mrs J’s Preserves (Cranberry Chutney, Cranberry Wine Jelly, Cranberry Peach Jam or Hot White Cranberry Wine Jelly) Method Place cream cheese on a decorative plate and pour preserves over top. Serve with crackers. It’s that easy and tastes wonderful!
This appetizer uses Cranberry Wine Sauce wrapped in Phyllo with Brie. The combination is perfect for any special occasion.
This is one of the many delicious recipes found in June Johnson’s “The Cranberry Cookbook – Recipes from 40 years of cooking with cranberries.” She serves this tasty, spicy dip with meatballs, vienna sausage, cut-up wieners or pieces of fruit. Keep it hot in a chafing dish or an electric warmer.
Cranberries in the meatballs and in the sauce make it doubly good. Great as a main dish, or we also serve these regularly when we get together with friends!
