Description
- enjoy a winter snowshoe through the woods on Orville Lake Trail (2.5 km)
- price includes trail pass and headlamp rental (snowshoe rentals available $15 pp)
- after your snowshoe you can relax by a fire while enjoying food and drink from the café
- every Saturday night (weather permitting)
- bookings open on a rolling basis on Mondays for the following Saturday
- bookings can be made up to 1 hour before
- upon arrival, all participants must check in for passes and directions
Things to Know:
- allow 15-20 minutes to park, check in, get passes, etc.
- come dressed for the weather (indoor change space is not available)
- manage your belongings (lockers and storage not available)
- we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
- trails are weather dependent
- decisions around trail conditions and status are made by our ops crew
- conditions can range from poor to excellent and are not guaranteed
- trails can be closed with no notice for safety
- Permitted: leashed pets, children pulled in sleds
- Not Permitted (for safety): walking (snowshoes provide grip in icy/steep conditions and prevent ‘postholing‘)
The fine print:
- bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded
- if we have to cancel for any reason, a refund may be requested
