This is a regular family favourite. We usually make a double batch of cranberry sauce so we can have this for dessert. Our kids love it!
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups Cranberry Sauce
Method
Mix flour, rolled oats and brown sugar in a medium size bowl. With a pastry blender or two knives, cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Place half of this into a greased 9″ x 9″ square pan. Cover with a layer of cranberry sauce and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
