Our farm in Bala offers relaxed, beautiful private dining experiences set on our cranberry farm—on the patio or in our Canoe Porch—where good food, local drinks, and fresh air come together. What we offer?
Option 1: Charcuterie Experience
- For Groups up to 12 People
- A selection of meats, cheeses, veggies, crackers, house made maple pretzels, dips, and preserves
- A Choice of Beverage per Person (Flight of Wine/Cider/Spritzer, Glass of Wine/Cider/Spritzer, Bottomless coffee or tea, Bottomless Sweetwater, Bottomless Tartwater, or your choice from our current available alcohol-free beverages)
- A Reserved Space in our Canoe Porch, on the Patio, or Private McArthur House Patio (subject to weather and availability)
- Finish with a glass of Sangria, Mimosa, or Sparkling Cran-Apple Cider
Option 2: Cranberry Brunch Experience
- For Groups up to 12 People
- Choice per Person of:
- Cranberry-Blueberry French Toast Bake
- Cranberry Brie Quiche
- 2 Pancakes
- Side of seasonal fruit salad with our secret house recipe, peameal bacon, Cranberry-Blueberry Cream Cheese Stuffed Crepes,

- For Groups up to 8 People
- Choice of Tea per Person
- Selection of Savouries, finger sandwiches, scones, preserves, and sweet treats per person
- A Reserved Space in our Canoe Porch, on the Patio, or Private McArthur House Patio (subject to weather and availability)
- Finish with a glass of Sangria, Mimosa, or Sparkling Cran-Apple Cider
Option 4: Plated Lunch Experience
- For Groups up to 24 People
- Choice of Main per Person:
- Turkey Cranberry Salad Wrap
- Turkey and Cheese Sandwich with cranberry mayo
- Cranberry Cucumber Sandwich
- Choice of alcohol-free beverage at time of service (Menu changes seasonally but offerings generally include: Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Cranberry-Apple Juice, Sweetwater, Tartwater, Muskoka Springs Pop)
- Side of Maple Pretzels (house glazed), local cheese, and seasonal veggie sticks
- Add on Glass of wine for $9/pp, Glass of Cider/Spritzer for $8/pp, or a Flight of Wine/Cider/Spritzer for $15/pp

The fine print
- Outdoor Patio Space on the McArthur House Patio overlooking the old marsh. Move into the Canoe Porch for Inclement Weather, or by request.
- We are not a nut free, gluten free, dairy free facility. We do our best to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee no contact with potential allergens.
- We do not have gluten free or vegan options in stock. We are always happy to provide these options, where sufficient notice allows us to obtain to correct ingredients. At least 7 days notice is required.
