Book your start time. Activities begin promptly and follow a fixed schedule.
Please plan to arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled activity start time to accommodate parking and check-in procedures. If you are attending during Thanksgiving Saturday or Festival Weekend, we recommend allowing an additional 30 minutes for travel time due to increased traffic.
We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Missed activities cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Total experience duration: approximately 2.5 hours
Your Schedule
Activities run in order based on your selected start time:

Haunted Wagon Tour – starts at your booked time (20–30 minutes)

Bog Spider Plunge – begins 1 hour after your Wagon starts (30 minutes)
Example: A 2:00 PM booking includes a 2:00 PM wagon tour and a 3:00 PM plunge.
Includes Farm & Trail Access (open 10:00 am – 5:30 pm), and Haunted Winery Access (Open 10:00 am – 5:00 pm) available before or after your scheduled activities

Dress for the weather and for walking on gravel and uneven terrain

Must be able to walk 1 km on rough ground

Wagon Tour

Open-sided wagon with bench seating and overhead canopy

Loads near buildings and parking lots

Must be able to climb four stairs (with railing)

Assistive devices may be left at the loading area (aisle is narrow)
Haunted Winery Access

A self guided tour through the Haunted Winery

Special effects in use may include dry ice, strobe lights, and jump scares, guest discretion is advised.

Bog Spider Plunge

Chest waders provided (max hip width: 55″)

Must be at least 4’6″ (138 cm) tall

Tents and benches available for changing

Expect to walk on gravel, uneven ground, and a hill

Water is knee to low-hip deep — footing can be unstable

Bring extra socks — boots may leak!
- Bog Spiders are NOT real, the spiders used in the bog are decretive only!
Farm & Trail Access

Weekend access available only with an All Access Pass

Trails open 10:00 am – 5:30 pm

Activities vary daily: harvest viewing, 10+ km of trails, self-guided tours (Cranberries, Eco Facts, Sugarbush)

Discover hidden surprises: Bog Monster, tree carvings, geocaches, side trails

Trail conditions depend on weather — closures may occur without notice

Permitted: hiking, leashed pets

Not permitted: fires, camping, littering
The fine print:
- activities must be pre-booked and pre-paid
- if we have to cancel for any reason, a refund may be requested
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the original booking date.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will receive a Store Credit (E-Gift Card) for the full amount paid, redeemable at cranberry.ca for bookings and/or merchandise.
- Where a refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original method of payment or as a Store Credit (E-Gift Card) or physical gift card.
