- activities start on time – please schedule your arrival accordingly
- allow 10-15 minutes to check in
- tasting takes place on the Canoe Porch
The fine print:

- activities must be pre-booked and pre-paid
- bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded
- if we have to cancel for any reason, a refund will be issued
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the original booking date.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will receive a Store Credit (E-Gift Card) for the full amount paid, redeemable at cranberry.ca for bookings and/or merchandise.
- Where a refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original method of payment or as a Store Credit (E-Gift Card) or physical gift card.
